I have had issues with gaining weight after I reached a threshold. With Eman's help I was able to cross the plateau and gain around 5kg. The journey not only helped me gain healthy weight, but got me thinking about what I am eating before I eat it. She takes more pain and stress than her clients do to help them reach their goal.

Why the last plan didn't stick
- Plans that ban roti and chawal outright
- Weight that comes back the moment you stop
- Contradictory advice from a dozen reels
- Cravings treated as a willpower problem
- PCOS advice written for someone else's body
- Four-week fixes with no week five
How it works, start to finish

What you're working with
You're not buying a PDF
A diet plan is a document. What actually changes things is the part after it — the adjusting, the checking in, the week you eat out three times and need a way through it.
- A plan built from your food, not a template
- Weekly check-ins over WhatsApp
- Adjustments as your routine changes
- Direct access to Eman, not an assistant
The first step is a message, not a commitment. Eman reads her own DMs, asks what you're dealing with, and looks at your situation before anything is arranged.
Before you message
The questions people ask first
Do you have a clinic?
No. Eman sees clients online only — consultations happen by video call, with WhatsApp support in between, for clients across Pakistan and overseas. There is no clinic to visit and no address to travel to.
I'm not in Pakistan. Can you still work with me?
Yes. There are clients in Pakistan, India, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. Everything runs by video call and WhatsApp, so a consultation is arranged around the time difference rather than a clinic's opening hours.
What happens after I send “FIT”?
She replies herself, and an assessment comes back before anything is booked — what you eat, your routine, and what you have already tried. From there the things actually getting in the way are talked through, your plan is built around them, and the work after that is the habits that hold. There is no call on the way in unless she needs one.
How much does it cost?
Programmes are priced after the assessment rather than before it. A short plan and a long one are different pieces of work, so any number given before Eman has looked at your situation would be a guess. You will know what yours costs before anything is booked.
How quickly will I see results?
No fixed number or timeline is promised — pace depends on the person, and the plan is adjusted as you go rather than set once.
Do I have to cook separately from my family?
No. The plan is built to fit around meals already being cooked for the household, not a separate menu eaten alone — adjusted for portion and pairing rather than replaced with unfamiliar food.
