Privacy notice

Who this notice is from

This site is run by Eman Ashfaq, an online dietitian practising by video and WhatsApp. There is no clinic and no physical premises.

Eat With Eman is operated by Eman Ashfaq as a sole proprietor. She is the person responsible for this site and for anything set out in this notice.

Questions about this notice can be sent by Instagram DM or WhatsApp, using the links on the contact page. There is no separate privacy address, because the site holds nothing to ask about — see what is collected.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form anywhere on this site, so there is nothing here that asks for your name, your email address, your phone number or anything else about you. There is no account to create and no login. Nothing you do while reading these pages is recorded by them.

There is no analytics or advertising script on any page, and no tracking pixel. This site's own code sets no cookies. Reading a page and leaving leaves us with no record of you at all.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives each request in order to answer it, and it keeps its own operational logs and may set its own cookies for security and network purposes. That is Cloudflare's processing under its own terms, not something this site asks for or can read — nothing here is built to look at it, and no part of it is passed to Eman.

Embedded video

Where a page shows one of Eman's videos, what loads first is only a still image from YouTube's image server. The player itself loads nothing until you tap it, and when you do, it loads from YouTube's no-cookie embed domain rather than the ordinary one. From the moment you press play, YouTube is receiving the request and its own privacy policy applies to it.

Links away from here

Some links lead off this site — to Instagram, to YouTube, to WhatsApp, and to the free menu, which is hosted on Google Drive. Once you follow one of them you are on someone else's service, under their privacy terms and not these.

When you contact Eman

Getting in touch happens on Instagram or WhatsApp, because this site has no contact form. Those messages live on those platforms and are covered by their privacy terms, not by this notice. What you choose to tell Eman in a message — including anything about your health — you are sending to her through Meta's service, so share only what you are comfortable sending that way. She keeps client information confidential; the platform carrying it is outside both her control and this site's.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting anything — a booking form, a sign-up, an analytics tool — this notice is updated before it goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
